Oh my.

Proof that Sander is not any sort of one-trick-pony; From really light-hearted San Carlos Island-type stuff to erotic (to me) and scathing Religiosity-exposing work like stories set in Harmony...

...And then he comes out with this, one of the most horrific, nasty pieces of work I've seen on the board yet; a murderous, evil romp through a vampire-world that makes the Twilight stories look like the closeted gay-fiction fluff they are.

Good grief, Sander. Ya almost made me puke!

WELL DONE, sir, and thank you very much for giving me a good scare on an otherwise bland Halloween!

Slammr released this one, I think.

It is a very horrific read, and probably not one I'd have accepted.

Then again, our standards DO differ.

It's well written and does compliment the (somewhat boring) import version of the film.

A bit over the top for MY taste, though, but still well done.

I may give the new movie a try when it's on DVD, since Kodi Smit-McPhee was great in the movie "The Road" and "Romulus My Father".

I released it, and having read the book, Sander's prequel deviates a little with what's there, but if one overlooks a couple of minor details, it could be the prequel to the book.

I liked the Swedish version of the movie. I really liked the American version, and I loved the book.

The American version of the movie had no nullo scene, but I have to admit that the scene added little to the Swedish movie. Only if one has read the book does it make much sense.

Sander's story was violent, but no more so than the book, in which the first victim was a 13-14 year-old boy. Sander's version of Eli's nullification is fairly consistent with that described in the book.
