I have been a eunuch (plus sac removed) for 5 years now - Dec. 16, 2005/Kimmel. I have a VERY small, recessed penis unless I help bring it out and still desire a penectomy. I would actually consider myself somewhere between a male and a trans leaning more toward a trans. If I could find someone to do my penectomy right now, I would

I truly do hope that you find what you are looking for not only for a eunuch trans or nullo but i do hope that when you do get your penectomy that you do get it done in a safe and secure setting just the same way that you did when you had your castration afterall it is better to be safe than sorry
