Can you still get erections & orgasms after castration?

I am considering doing the ethyl alcohol injection into the testes, but wanted to know is it possible to still get erections and have pleasurable orgasms after castration in this method?

I want my balls gone, but still want a good orgasm and erection on a weekly basis.

I have found orgasm is a little harder achieve after castration

but well worth the work as the orgasm is mind blowing

much better than any before i was castrated

i dont know if its related ...i have sneezing fits after orgasm lately

I've been impotent since shortly after I was neutered, but I can still get orgasms, although with a much reduced volume of semen (really, just a little tricckle). Yes, they're harder to get to, but they feel so much better than any I had before I was castrated.

And yes, I too have to sneeze several times shortly after I have an orgasm.

You need testosterone to have ejaculate but trust me you do not need it for orgasms. I have had quite a few in the almost 13 years of no T. May have one later.

From what I have read and heard over the years, erections and orgasms are possible as for many males, but it is not 100 %. it has a lot to do with how the body continues to produce testosterone. If it goes too low libido falls and the success rate as well. There were cases of soldiers castrated by injury during WWII that were still able to perform 20 years later. However many males are impotent and incapable of an orgasms after castration without hormone replacement. Nothing is 100% certain.

It's only been ten weeks, but I find my orgasms and erections to be better than ever. I am on HRT and all works fine. (I was actually on HRT for 2 years prior to castration)

I have done this and my experience has been that if you take things slow to monitor the changes, you can stop before you are castrated, while reducing your libido to a manageable state. I get erections and can have orgasms but the need for them regularly is no longer a necessity for me.

i think it didn`t matter the way you get castrated. Much more important is how your body will react to the loss of testosteron. No one will be able to forecast this. But be shure that lowering the hormone level will make it much more difficult to perform.

If you use alcohol to kill your tests may be its possible to reach the status you disire. But you do permanent damage to the cells. There will be no way back and you may end up full castrated...
