Here's a picture on the BME site of a guy who split his scrotum so each ball is in a separate sack. Pretty cool really.

Thanks splitdik...This is neato. My guess is, with enough loot, a plastic surgeon can do this easily...What I think when looking at this package is: how nice and easy to tie each one off and slice it off....Mmmm dragonfly
