Thanks for the kind words, and the continued interest in this story! It is comments like this that keep me going more than anything else.

Sorry about that "in a few weeks" part. I really have to quit saying that... Towards the end of April when I uploaded part 10, I had every intention of getting part 11 done by the middle June. Actually got about 40% of part 11 done by the end of May. But the last few months have been really busy, and I haven't have the time/energy/creativity to write. Haven't even touched this story until recently.

The good thing is this time of year (when it gets dark early), I get home early and spend more time indoors (and writing is an indoor activity for me). Also, I am more creative this time of year, which is good for writing.

I can't tell you exactly when it will be done, but Part 11 is in the works.

(in case anyone was curious about the "really busy" I mentioned -- Towards the end of May they laid off a few people (too many) at work, and we had a much busier than usual Summer. Lots of Overtime for those of us who were still working. It was like 12 and sometimes 16 hour shifts most of the time. That really takes a toll on you... I can't help but wonder if the company really saved anything by laying the others off. Doesn't seem like it. They did dump the CEO in Sept and we have a new "head honcho" now -- so maybe they didn't save anything! Also a car-wreck (no serious injuries fortunately, and I'm not at fault), and a few major repairs needed at my house).
