Chat Room problems

Hi,

For a little while now I have been unable to access the Chat Room. After entering my username I just get a blank screen. I know there were issues with the chat room a little while back. Can anyone advise me as to how I should overcome this problem?

Splitz i am glad to hear that there others who are having the same sort of problems that i am also having i thought it was down to my laptop but it would seem to be that there are others who are having the sort of problems that i am also expierencing it is only the chatroom that i am haveing the poblems with and not the forum:(

The chat room is up and running for a long time.

There are several reasons someone can not enter the chat room. I need more detain information to look for a reason you can not connect. It is best to work with you in e-mails. I have sent you a message on this.

It's interesting, I too have problems there. I haven't used it for a very long time but I tried over 2 days and I can sign in and chat in the public lobby but whenever I try to 'private' anyone for a chat I get the word "Java User" over their name and it does not connect to them.The only way I can get any private chat is if someone invites me and sometimes they are a busy crowd and no one does so I am left dangling in the lobby.I had to download extra software before I got into the chat but I get a message that says it is incomplete. Any ideas? Using Linux usually. Thanks to anyone for help in advance.

I see that you were in chat today talking in lobby. People will not always chat in the lobby. They are in private chat.
