Tomorrow, SyFy channel is presenting their new movie
- SHARKTOPUS -
about a military hybrid that goes on a killing rampage. I'm hoping it's as good as MANSQUITO.
I can't imagine how writers can write those bad movies for SyFy.

Re: sharktopus
Can't be as bad as the hopefully NOT inevitable porno-version of that movie;
A James Bondage sex-violence thriller about a womans shark-toothed vagina called, of course,
....
sorry...
"Sharktopussy!"

I wonder if Canada's Space Channel is better. I suspect that it is. I wish I could watch the Space Channel at a reasonable cost.

"Sharktopussy!"
A la "Homo on the Range" or "Saving Ryan's Privates?"

IF it is, it's only marginally so.

Re: sharktopus
I still get annoyed every time I see how they've change their name to 'Syfy' -- it sounds like an affectionate name for a venereal disease.
They should just show re-runs of The X-Files and Farscape and Star Trek (any and all) 24/7. Or maybe do some kind of cool twisted sci-fi animated showcase kind of like Liquid Television.
It seems all TV channels are in a desperate race for the bottom of the barrel. How long before it's all mindless, trashy 'reality' shows like most every other channel?

Re: sharktopus
I tried to watch some of it... Just awful.
CSPAN and CSPAN2 saved me!
Repeats of NCIS covered the rest.
