This is the very reason that good advice is needed on here for those who are totaly determind to remover there own penis or testicles,most of us might nor agree with going down this road,and i for one do not think that this is the road to go.
But to avoid hearing horror storys of penectomys or castrations going wrong,blood posioning, death or even been left for hours in pain,whether in an er room or at home.
If there is advice that can be given to those who want to castrate themselfs,should we not be offering this advice,and not just bury our heads in the sand.
