I´ve been on prozac for over two monts (80mg/day) ans I cannot cum, but still get erect. I was on Prozac for almost ten years while I had an enlarged prostate. The precautions on the medicine state that there may be a decrease in sexual desire, which I experienced. Prozac caused me to have greatly-delayed orgasms, often difficult to achieve. There was never any issue with desire or erection, just the inability to climax. It required several months of mental effort to overcome this side effect. After that, it seemed Prozac stopped working so well for my depression.

Yes, SSRIs will do that (make orgasm delayed or impossible). However, while "enlarged prostate" sounds scary, it isn't the dangerous kind that you're describing. The prostate makes the fluid that you ejaculate, so if you aren't cumming then it will build up and "enlarge". After a few months of reduced activity it might decide to produce less and maybe decrease in size. Anyway, it's just that your prostate is full of fluid that you'd normally be tossing off.
