Wow!

What weatherful experiences.

Here "static" since the rain of 2 weeks ago.

Cold, okay. But I don't like bitter cold. Although

the numbers look normal, they feel biter - extra cold

beyond the numbers.

Got 3 sweet tear drop tomato from my Asian.

High 68F / Low 50F

Hardly weatherful

oh, except for a major Santa Ana Wind event

Single digits again here tonight, with a wind chill of about -10F or so. No snow other than 'spitting' though. Aggravating wind, too.

Not weather related, but...

It's cold, it's windy. I go out to my mailbox, and some hillbilly here has lost a log from his load of wood, and it's in my front yard, by the mailbox. Luckily, the slope was downhill, and the log was a nice, round one that I could shove with my foot to send it over into the opposite ditch.

Yuppers. All us hard working bastards are safe and warm because we bust ass to earn the money to pay the heating bill. All the no-good, lazy son-of-a-guns have migrated to LA so they can be lounge around watching old TV programs and eating bonbons while effortless being safe and warm. Yuppers. That is it.

The good news is the temperature went up nearly 25 degrees Fahrenheit. The bad news is that it was started off at like... +4F.

Yesterday was horribly cold and windy, like some midwestern state. This morning just flat-assed cold - like 20 deg. But we should start a window of sunny, brisk days that I actually don't mind at all.

We got about 6-8" from the big storm yesterday. Dry, powdery stuff that swept off easily. The Explorer didn't explode when I fired her up, and the snow was easily mashed down with a few passes in 4wd and probably 2 gallons of gas doing it!

We only got a thin glaze of ice, and never lost power, thank God!

The birds are in a feeding frenzy at the feeder too, along with an obese squirrel that sat in the hanging planter and glared at me like an angry restaurant customer who isn't planning to tip!😄
