I have one comment - isn't this part medically inaccurate?

I can't even remember when, but at some point I passed out. While I was down I was sewn up tight, and "reconfigured" where necessary. When I awoke sometime later I was back in my apartment lying on my couch. With one large exception, I was fine, and was even able to walk. I sat up and noticed a videotape on the coffee table. On top was a note. "Thanks for the show!" the note read . . .

The guy just had his penis and testicles chopped off. Wouldn't he need at least a few days to recover in bed before he can even sit comfortably?
