Our 3 week drought finally broke with just over half an inch. Hope we get more, as my beans were withering.

Amazing how fast it dried out here.

I laugh at your three weeks and raise you California's 5 years, and counting. ;)

LT, you have my sympathies.

Keep in mind, it was a monsoon season here ever since winter finally gave up in late May, though.

It was a novelty to dry out.

At the moment I do not have to deal with the drought in California, other than visiting. I moved out of there last September. I now live somewhere where I had to recently deal with a storm that dropped 7 inches of rain in an hour. Flooded everything while I was out and it was unexpected, even by the weather folks on TV.

For the record, 7 inches, in addition to being the fondly remembered size of my now detached cock, is half the total rain the area where I lived in California received the entire last year I was living there.

Last week, the fellow who mows my lawn was on vacation and it didn't rain a drop.

Monday, I texted him to say the lawn was shaggy and it rained. It rained part of yesterday. It rained this afternoon. It will rain again tomorrow in the middle of the day.

I'm cursed. I swear. I'm cursed.

And just in case you ask -- no, I will not leave my house to visit! why? Every electrical appliance in my house is malfunctioning this year. You want that curse on you? Just invite me...

Here it continues to be hot, humid and rainy. The Jackfruit plantation is thriving but I am wilting. --FLO--

Well Moi, it was 101 here today and it's supposed to get hotter as the week progresses.

Moi, the river level and current is about normal or at least not high enough to be a concern. --FLO--

A little south and east of me has received 2 inches of rain in the past 3 hours. There are Flash Flood warnings because of it.
