Quit 'yer bitchin'! It's going to be 97 here tomorrow along with humidity up around 85%.

The marine layer of Gray May and June Gloom is hanging on.

In the later part of the day it is sunny and, in the mid 70's.

The evening feels somewhat humid and I run the A/C to dehumidify home air.

Last year's Summer was hot and lasted until late November.

I wouldn't mind an early Autumn and maybe some rain this year after the Non Event of El Ninozilla.

Weirder than Weird, the Asparagus patch is making another crop of spears as thick as a thumb.

I cut them and eat them at the moment. Very tender and tasty.

OK, who moved my house into Hell during the night? It's not yet 10:00 am and it's already 94 degrees :P

I guess it's time for that old adage - "if in doubt, blame Moi" 😄

I used to love the heat, but for some reason, this year it's really bugging me.
