You want cursed?

Clear and sunny all day.

'Grand'son sets foot on the baseball field today for Rookie playoffs and BOOM! Popup storm. 60 mph wind, downpour, bit of tiny hail...you name it.

Those poor boys can't catch a break.

It's so wet here the water table is ... the grass.

I hear you guys got some Hail in the Twin Cities, Oh how I miss the weather there, NOT.

Look at it this way, it could be hot as hell for the MOM event or it could snow, it is August after all.

It "only" hit 89°F (32°C) here today, with a solid layer of clouds above. Our local weather-guesser said on the 6:00 news that it was actually raining, but with only 10% humidity the rain was evaporating long before it hit the ground. The evaporative cooling was why today was so much cooler (but also so much more humid) than the 102°F (39°C) yesterday.

Nelly is a Rat Terrier, boy is she :)

Mouthy, and will go after a rat or mongoose at the drop of a hat.

Seriously.

Do "lungers". those with COPD or asthma or bronchitis manage it well?

I run my A/C even when the temp is tolerable to get the soup out of my breathing atmosphere.

I have left over childhood asthma reactivated by a Holiday Inn no smoking room 10 years ago.

Transitioning out of humidity here to nice, by the ocean.

Not so nice inland. Smog and heat, oh my!
