Rain ! About a third of an inch.

Rain ! 📏

Rain ! Yippeeeeee 🎶

Some wonderful cloud burst, distant thunder over night then a day time of meandering cloud bursts.

Sometimes I can see the haze of rain in the distance, and other times over my head.

One of those days you have to look over your head, Minnesota style ref. Fargo, to observe the weather you are experiencing.

It feels so fresh and wonderful. Like a Milwaukee spring.

The Loquats are so sweet and juicy. Harvested 3 red radishes. Potent.

A really nice weatherful day.

Mid May and there is no sign of June Gloom.

What we have is a cycling of a high of 68F to 80F

then back down in just a few days. Mostly on the cooler side.

The air has been fresh except at the peak heat when Santa Ana dry winds occur

and kitty fur sparks when pet.

The Loquats are bountiful. The two new peach trees are going along and the Fuji apple tree is still trying to wake up. I ate my first 2013 boysenberry today. And the Mission Fig only has one fruit. It is too cool here. They don't do well here.

Looks like a line of unstable weather breeding thunderstorms and tornadoes stretches from Texas to South Dakota and is advancing on EA Central. It is the collision of westerly winds veering north and moist gulf winds heading northward from the gulf.

It sure seems like River's last months in the area are most weatherly.

Are River's deities giving him a farewell or complaining over his departure or not involved, impersonal.

Effected member please share.

Hazy, lazy, 70F day here. Snoozing all day.

Need excitement like imagining myself in YOUR weather. 🙄

Yep, we have been thunder and lightinging on for the last couple days, no need to water the plants, mother nature is taking care of it.

It's spring. Thunderstorms all night long, power outages, freaked out dogs, freaked out Grandpa...I haven't slept more than 3 hours at once in I don't know how long.

At least it hit 80F, and I was able to take the hoodie off. Now if it can get to 90F, I can wear shorts.

A cool wind blew and the barometer dropped a tenth of an inch.

When it was over the sky was cloudy and gray.

It was a sleepy day through it all and I yawned and napped.

I pity working people.

Speaking of clocks

These make great gifts, just in case. 😄

The barometer is down to 29.74" on my instrument and 29.76" at Fed Weather Central.

Thick gray rain clouds appeared off the coast but moved on without yielding a drop.

This is like the vacuum waiting to be filled by Santa Ana winds, coming soon.

While this day is lazy, nap inviting, I am waiting for the hyper, jittery, makes the cat's fur spark when pet weather soon and then the barometer will rise like Lazarus.

The loquats are finishing. I picked four boysenberries today and four small tomatoes from my neighbor's property. I plant his property all the time and stuck a $20 tomato plant with fruit, a dissolving pot, and cage into his turf. A point of land he does not landscape. There are also a couple of perennial artichoke plants and some loquat, chimoia and an apricot tree that started from seeds.

I call it, "pirate planting". And he likes it.

Looks like the next few days will be very, very weatherful for EA central and points Eastwards.

Keep in touch. If you can.
