It got warm enough and wet enough for the compost pile to stink like rotting garbage along with the dead leaves underfoot that made the perfect February day...

:D I saw 5 ft and said to myself, "River we have not had 5 ft of snow this year, we have only had just over 60 inches" 😄

If you can't laugh at yourself how can you laugh at all?

And Mac, its not old age, just bad math, 🙋

After a whole quarter inch, almost 🙄

The second in a series of major rain storms is due to arrive and last for a few days. They say this one will be cold and wet.

Imagine the spectacular weather it is going to create in the areas East of California.

hmmm,

...in the picture that Jesus sent to me I only saw two...

...the only thing that I could see as 'fallen' was the arches...

Got a whole third of an inch, maybe; of sky water over a couple of days. Today it was fifty five which does not sound cold, it sure felt cold being after the rain. Windy too.

Looks like Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and the greater NYC area is due for some MORE winter wonderland.

And the thaw of all that stacked snow is going to make for some high water in the flats of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin per today's NBC news. Good to be in a mountainous region, huh Dave?

All is relative but cold is cold. :-\

We had some nice weather this last week it even got into the 50's but today it was back to about 20 and this morning it started snowing, its midnight and its still snowing, about 12 to 14 inches so far.

I love the snow.

It snowed about 3 inches last night and is tapering off rapidly...Not too cold...maybe 20...Ehh just more white scum...Ugh, River...14 inches more?

I have a 2000 square foot, 50 foot wide driveway with 3 cars parked in it, and a woodpile...It sucks to shovel it...But I will, again...This is rough on my nails...

I live about 3 miles from the Mediterranean. There is no real winter here. We had a couple of weeks with temperatures around 5-15ºC (40-60F) and that was all. Now is sunny and clear, 19ºC (66F) on my desk termometer (with opened windows). Snow or ice are very rarely seen here, if ever.

Inner Spain can be pretty much cold, and NW Spain sort of cold, but the Med is definitely warm (sometimes too much!).
