I hear there is a major storm East of California.

Somewhere in greater West Jersey (ref. South Park)

Anyone with some good storm stories, a beautiful ice storm, trench foot.

International Falls, Friday was -47F that's -42C

Twin Cities -16

Hudson Wi, -20

But it was a clear and beautiful day,

AND

There are things we can do that you will never know,

like taking a cup of hot water out side and throwing it in the air.

Playing Ice Hockey on a lake, (major tournament this weekend).

Ice Fishing.

I love the four seasons, each has something special to bring.

I tried to convince my brother to go with me to watch some snowmobile speed runs in International Falls a few years ago. I never could figure why he didn't want to go!

Probably "the noise" and "abuse of a winter wonderland".

My experience with white winters was by six weeks before the end people are really getting sick of it, and achy as well.

Boring seventies, no clouds, clean air.

Though I grew up in Colorado, and have done the whole winter wonderland ski thing, I remain of the opinion that snow is a "four letter word."
