Whew I'm feeling like you and I are in a mirror (over) researching stuff on the web!

I'm sorry your feeling so much stress. If I can suggest one thing work on THAT first and the rest should be a breeze! :D

I'm saying a prayer this all resolves itself quickly.

Knowledge is empowering.

Incomplete knowledge can cause anxiety and stress.

Transindential Meditation can help re-establish mind over body control.

There exist medically proven mental exercises that can help control such physical things as blood pressure.

Not that mental exercises can regulate all body processes.

But the mind can have a negative impact upon the body.

Meditation can help minimize the mind's negative impact on the body.

Such activity just takes time, practice, and is chemical free.

Been busy as can be - haven't been responding to many emails lately, except clients (17 since Friday). Tired but flush.

You keep on doing what you are doing, you'll be just fine. You go girl!

Hi nullorchis,

I totally agree knowledge is empowering, but only as long as we know what to do with it, how to interpret it and so on. In certain subjects, I'm reasonably capable of doing this. In others, like medicine, I may get the general drift of things but by reading I cannot hope

Danya, the dress seems like a VERY good idea to me. I know it would certainly make me feel a lot better, too. :D

You'll be fine, as soon as you stop focusing on that huge invisible pink elephant ;) in the room with you. She never makes a sound, nobody else ever sees her, and the only person worried about her is you.

We all 👥 love you, we care 👯 deeply, and we know you'll be 👌 fine.

This morning, my cardiologist's office called to let me know that my stress echocardiogram results are entirely normal. I was elated. :D

My passport will arrive in the mail tomorrow, so that's all set, too.

Tomorrow, I'll send the final GRS payment to Montreal.

Work continues to go well. I may

I'm going out to spend a relatively inexpensive night on the town, to celebrate.
