Some of the videos are good, but I wonder about the future of the human race when I read the comments posted, there are a lot of semi-literate morons out there.

Re: castration video real or fake?
this video has been around for a long time and is surely real.
I watched through a mirror my own procedure in in my case the doctor pulled the testicle out as far as possible, and clamped the cord/sheath. They were then sutured closed above the clamps, and then severed. The cord stumps were then cauterised and released from the clamps. The result was that the cord stump retreated well up into the inguinal canal where they are much less likely to adhere.
Like tugon, I had some fluid build up in the scrotal area , but that soon was absorbed.
Now nearly two years later, I can not even find the cord stumps, as they were cut very high , and have now atrophied even further into the abdominal cavity.

Re: castration video real or fake?
It looks real to me. Some castrate without cutting the tunica around the testicle and just tie off tie off the cords and use cautery to seal the ends, others incise the Tunica and cut as much of it away, before severing the vas differns, and mucle with the blood supply, using cautery of course. Simcple, straight forward castration at best here.

Re: castration video real or fake?
Scrotal Orchiectomy is more prone to post op pain from what I've been able to find. The dangling cords are probably part of the issue. An inguinal Orchiectomy is far better if you want to avoid that issue because so much more of the cords are removed.
Phantom pains are an issue with any amputation and yes, this is an amputation. Numbing the testes, cords etc before causing any trauma (Clamping, cutting etc) has been suggested as a way to avoid wiring the brain to produce phantom pains later. I'm not sure if its true but if you can suggest it what can it hurt?

could the Dr. pulled each testicle out further away from the body and removed more of the cords and sheath? I would want as much removed as possible.
I didn't notice catherization of the cord stump. Is that ever done. Not instead of stitches but in addition to stitches.
Presumably the cord stump heals and the stitches dissolve?
How far does the cord stump retract into the body?
Would there be any sensations by the cord stump afterwards?
Does one have a feeling of phantom testicles or phantom ball pain afterwards.
Is it possible to make one incision down the middle of the scrotum and then remove both testes from that single incision? The second removal almost looked as if it was from a center line incision.

I keep hoping these threads with stolen videos keep dying, but people insist on breathing new life into them.
