estrogen dosage largely depends on concrete medication, and also on the person and the medication delivery method (oral, injection, transdermal gel, transdermal patch).

Only oral estrogen (estradiol valerate, estradiol hemihydrate, perhaps small doses of premarin and/or cenestin) preparations in moderate doses are beneficial to the heart as they have impact on lipids and good/bad cholesterol levels. Transdermal estrogens have no impact on this. Not sure about injectables.

This is quite common myth. E2 cannot be converted to T. There is no biochemical pathway for this.

Not all hormones are converted to each other. T can be converted to E2, but E2 cannot be converted to T.

I never heard about Estrine (perhaps it is estrone from premarin? If so, then premarin has some horse progestins as well). Facial hair growth may be due to increased adrenal androgen production. Estrogen to a certain level can stimulate adrenals (a little bit more cortisol, more progesterone and dhea).
There are no pituitaries. There is just one pituitary.
Pituitary does not produce testosterone or estrogen. At all.
