Hi, everyone. This is actually my second time registering here (the first time I just lurked and I guess my account got deleted due to inactivity or something). I've known about this place for years, but haven't really had the courage to post here.

I've pretty much always identified as a neutrois, and want my physical body to represent that gender identity. I'm mostly here to get information for surgery (orchiectomy and penectomy), ideally reputable surgeons who are easy to get to from San Francisco.

I've been working with a therapist for the last year or so, and he's been encouraging me to find information - although he specializes in transsexual issues, there's not really a lot of commonly-shared information about complete genital nullification, which is still pretty much "new new school."

Even just finding someone who can do an orchiectomy without a lot of bother would be great, although really I'd like to get it all done at once.
