I finally plucked up the courage to put a needle into one of my testicles.

I relaxed a bit to make sure my scrotum was nice and loose, then bound my scrotum, separating my balls with some soft cord. there was no chance of either testicle moving or slipping out.

I then cleaned my scrotum, and opened a new sterile needle. I used a 10mm 0.25m insulin pen needle, as my wife had lots spare from her pregnancy. I pulled my scrotum away from my body, selected the right testicle, and placed the tip of the needle on the scrotum. I hesitated for a few seconds whilst I considered what I was about to do, then decided to go for it.

As I applied some pressure the needle broke through the scrotum with little resistance, and only a small pin prick sensation. I felt the needle hit the actual testicle, it was not a sharp pain, but more of a squeezing/pressure type pain. I was surprised that the needle did not just go in. I had to push quite hard. The needle suddenly broke through the testicle outer wall and the pain went away, and the needle slipped in the full length without any real pressure being needed. It was a weird sensation, as I knew the needle was there, there was some sensation, but no pain. I left the needle in for a couple of minutes whilst I sat and admired my work.

There were a few drops of fluid that appeared at the open end of the needle, this was not quite clear, but quite low viscosity. I let 2 or 3 drops drip on to a finger tip, then I tasted it. Did not really taste of much, maybe slightly salty, but not like a tear. But it was hell of a turn on knowing I had tasted the contents of one of my testicles.

After a couple of minutes, I slowly pulled the needle out, no pain or real sensation, just a small droplet of blood on the scrotum surface where the needle came out.

This was hell of a buzz, don't know if I would do it again for quite some time, but if I do, I will video it, and take some photos. As this session was a bit spur of the moment, I used cord, but next time I will use my elastrator to band each ball separately, this will pull the scrotum even tighter over each testicle, and make for a more dramatic view.

Initially I thought the needle would be a bit too small, but I was pleasantly surprised at the results, and the fact that some fluid was forced out of the end of the needle. I may be tempted to use a bigger needle in the future, if I can get hold of them easily.

If any one in the UK would like to chat about this or can get a supply of bigger needles, I would be very interested to talk to them, maybe arrange a play banding and piercing session.

Thanks for sharing your experience with piercing your nut.

I found that my experience was very similar, there was little if no pain. Getting the needle through the outerlayer of the ball was the hardest part - the rest as you say was easy, and one heck of a rush.

I haven't notices any real side effects, even though I did it a few years ago now.

Some say it could cause permanent damage if done allot but I have no idea on that. Others with more experience on that might like to let us know if there is any permanent damage that can be done if one pierces their testacies on a regular basis.

I know a person who did it on a regular basis, over time his testicles did get smaller, so be careful.

I have been seeking castration for more than 10 years, so some shrinking of the testicles, and a reductio in their capacity to make testosterone and sperm would be most welcome.

I have posted on this topic before. It can do permanent damage to your testicles to pierce them too much. I have only done one side just in case it did do damage. My right side has not been pierced as much, only a few times, but the left one has been pierced probably hundreds of times now over the 20 years I have been experimenting and it has shrunken down to one quarter or less the size of the less damaged one. I don't desire to experiment any more with this since last summer when I tried nailing and it caused a huge hematoma and infection. Had to go to a doctor for the first time as a result of this practice. It doesn't seem to effect the testosterone level any, my T test came in over 475, what ever that means? My doctor said I should get this test during the last annual physical since I don't ever remember having it done before. Anyway be careful with piercing testicles.

Hy Willie, i believe, that haematome or infect are more a rare result of needlings and nailings. i have needled over many years, even one needle is broken down onedays in my left nut but the broken needle piece is healed in my nut without any problems (so you can get nearly a steel bowle...haha).

and i have nailed often my tied nuts at a wooden board , even with great nails.

i mean its important to press the tied nuts during outpulling of nails and needles. In this way much nuts fluid and a bit of blood spreads out from the nailing hole and the nut. this will clean the wound and prevent before infects - thats my experiences...

I tried it twice, in the same day. Once where I had my nuts tied separately, and then again while they were bound as one. First time, I stuck a single needle into my right nuts. Second time, I stick a needle into each nut. Such a rush! Even took videos for later enjoyment. After I was done, I took the needles out and shot a huge load. I love it!

I would not try this, but if you must, the smallest gauge needle is a 25 gauge. The smaller the number, the larger the needle. I would not use anything larger than a 19 gauge.

Try to keep things sterile, and don't touch anything that is going under your skin. It is an infection barrier.

If you can, pull the skin to the side before inserting the needle. That way, when you pull the needle out and release the tension on the skin, the layers of skin go back in place and the hole through to the inside does not line up.

With the straight line representing a hole in a skin layer it's this if you go in straight after you are done

Hypodermic needles are the only way to go. They cut a U-shaped hole in the tissue through which they pass. They do not remove any tissue. This is why body piercers who know what they are doing us a dermal punch for very large gauge piercings.

Hypodermic needles, especially double recut veterinary needles are exceptionally sharp so they do less actual tissue damage than using something like a sewing needle. They are sterile when they come to you in the package. They are available in a wide range of sizes, both gauge and length. They are not expensive.

I have used everything from tiny 30 gauge insulin syringe needles to 14 gauge needles. The size we usually use when doing my balls is 25 gauge x 1 inch needles. These are a very good choice for this activity. These do not cause pain when inserted into one's testicles. Larger gauge one do hurt when they go into the ball. They also leave quite a bit of residual soreness.

I agree with those who say this is a very dangerous activity. I read extensively and talked to several men who had been doing ball piercing for some time before we first tried this about 20 years ago. I have not suffered any serious damage from doing this. Those who have a memory and are perceptive will now be thinking doesn't he have low-T? I do, but that is a result of my diabetes and that interdependence of the two chronic conditions has been well established by doctors.

Ball piercing is a great rush and I enjoy it greatly. It is not for everyone, but it is something that can be done by those who desire the sensation. As I said, one must establish the risks and decide if the reward is sufficient to balance those risks.
