Is the world ready for a transgender super hero? The story line would be: A young lab technician falls while carrying a large tray of experimental synthetic hormones being tested as treatment for menopausal women. After his transformation he has special powers, which he decides to use against a particular type of criminal, sexual predators. She can radiate an estrogen by touch that is so strong it temporarily overpowers a mans natural hormones and feminizes him.
