Don't worry about your physical. Most times they will take a standard form from your physician that has a basic blood work up, and vitals. All they are interested in, is if you can fog a mirror and not drop dead walking from the lobby to your cube. Beyond that they could care less about any "conditions". I recently got a physical for a job and I didn't even see a doctor. They just weighed me, took my blood pressure and temperature, and listened to my lungs. End of exam.

I second what you say about Dr. Spector and Dr. Kimmel. They both was good to me and I stayed intouch with them for several years after. I went in on a Friday for Dr. Spector to castrated me and the next day I went back for him to check me out, he took me to the pharmacy and then out to eat. I flew out on Sunday morning. Dr. Kimmel removed my scrotum and did some other work I requested. He told me it would take about a year for things to be normal and he was right. They both are missed for those of us wanting to have our balls removed.

Back in April I took a P/T job and was told that I needed to take a pre-employment physical. I went to the address and was given a female doctor, honest. I didn't think she'd take a look down below, but just when I thought she was going to say, "That's it!" she instead said, "I need to check for hernias, would you like the nurse to come in?" I said "no" and then she asked me to stand, which I did. She asked me to drop my pants and underwear, immediately I was exposed and she seemed a little shocked, particularly because I have a tattoo that says, "Eunuch" several inches below my belly button. She looked around down below, and then said, "How did this happen?" Not wanting to go into detail I gave her a lame answer, I really can't remember what I said, but then she did the hernia test and it was all over. I don't think she's forgotten me and I still wonder what she thinks.
