Re: Non-Fiction Board
Nothing to do with your posting, except that I tried to log in on Sunday about 1 PM Pacific Time, and was not allowed. The EA refused to recognize my old password. After endless problems I think I have a new passowrd, and am trying to post this.
I tried to send an e-mail to <paolox31@hotmail.com and it got bounced.
Now how do I get my original password back and automatic log in back?

Re: Non-Fiction Board
The problem it seems is that the software was upgraded today. I got a e-mail with the updated password.
You can go to the User CP link near the top and then select Edit Password
You can try this link but I can't fully test it fully Edit Password (http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/member. ... itpassword).

Re: Non-Fiction Board
I think the new programs are taking effect, today for the first time I had to sign in and of corse I forgot my password. For Joy.
But as you can see everything is ok now.

Re: Non-Fiction Board
Apologies, Andrew.
The reason it got bounced is because several times a day, my Hotmail inbox fills up with 123k each virus attachments from people too stupid to run anti-virus software, or so anxious that they open every damn thing that they receive and it worms its way into their address book, finding me, of course.
One of the advantages to a webmail account like Hotmail is that it not only gets scanned by them and me, but the virus usually is geared to target Outlook Express, which I don't use.
Again, sorry for the trouble.
If you thought THAT was mess, you should have seen all the returned mail from trying to email everyone registered at EA about the new software upgrade. There were over 300 bounced emails waiting on me, all of them 40k each.

Yeah Hotmail (http://www.hotmail.com) has its advantages, but I have noticed that Hotmail is very bad about SPAM. I prefer Yahoo Mail (http://mail.yahoo.com) less SPAM, and very few down times. Definitely up more than my Internet connection :tongueout and it's supposed to be up 24/7 :p

Paolo,
Having overlooked this thread for some inexplicable reason, I now know why emails to your address are continually getting refused. Please ignore my emails trying to warn you and Bboy of that situation.
My apologies,
