My 77 year old Grandpa told me this one last week, It's probably an old one but I thought it was good.

Two guys go into a bar and have a few drinks. After a while they start making dumb bets with each other and the bartender starts paying attention because they are betting who will pay the tab. Drunk guy #1 says, "I'll wager our entire tab that between the bartender and I we have five testicles." The bartender says " I'll take that bet! Only I hope for your sake you have all five."

Grandpa has had a lot of ball jokes since His prostate cancer surgery. Castrated? probably, we don't talk much about that kind of thing in my family.
