I did it: Cautionary tale

Post by Mounds_dont (imported) »

Dr Spector was performing castrations, and I waited because I was not quite ready. Dr Kimmel was performing castrations, and I talked with him several times and almost wrote a check out to pay the fee and start the process. Nobody is left, and I finally got to the point where It had to be done. I talked with psychiatrists about my desires... and talked... and talked... and of course as we talked the cash register just goes "ka-ching" with no results and no closer to a letter...

Cautionary tale follows:

I have been playing with an elastrator for some time and always removing the band after 15 -20 minutes. It hurts, but not too much. Two weeks ago, I left it on way past the point of no return, and went to the ER. The pain was terrible. I told my story, of playing around and "falling asleep" and they rushed me into surgery to save my already dead testicles.

They were falling all over themselves trying to break the news to me that my testicles were beyond saving and had to be surgicly and that I would have to live out the rest of my life on HRT.

While I got the results I wanted and my insurance company footed some of the bill, in hind sight I should have NEVER done that. The dieing tissue can leak back into the body and cause all kinds of problems. The pain was so bad, I had to redefine my 1-10 pain scale to accomodate it. They cleaned up everything and the suture, once it heals will probably look pretty good.

My only wish, is I hope the medical community would just let us do what we want with our bodies. Not throw roadblock after roadblock in our way.

I am two weeks into this, no hot flashes and still looking forward to no libido. I'm still in too much discomfort to enjoy my new eunuchdom, but that to will pass.

I tried to do this properly, and I am sorry for not seeing the "normal" route through to the end. Please don't do what I did. I got lucky.

Your story is one told too often. People thinking elasticated is so easy and painless. Ending in the hospital seems to be the final result of banding for many.

I feel so sorry that you ran out of medical hope. I can relate to the rejection of doctors. Sad that we have to go to such extremes to make our bodies match our mind. I am very happy that you did suffer any post op problems. Hope it does not get spread around what you did to the general public.

Thank you for sharing your story. Hope others will take a second look of the possible problems of banding. Wish you a fast recovery. Hope the castration effects will be as your dreams.

That was exactly my own experience back in 2001. I know I was reckless and could have died, but I was so desperate I would have tried anything. I remember the great surge of joy I felt when I left the operating theatre with only surgical dressings where my testes and scrotum used to hang.

Congratulation to you on your achievement. I hope you stay fit and healthy and enjoy a long and happy eunuch life.

I believ, the tales wilnt help. If somebody has e great enough desire he will do the stepp!

but i would cool my tied ballsac in a icebath. in much horny games i did it with the effort of a complete numbed ballsac - but i always feared the last step, to let around the band over some houers - my wife would cry if this parts are missing also she very rare is using them....:-\

Mounds_dont, I remember my own desperation. I am glad you are on this end of your struggles and are safe. Thank you for warning others since this may be one of the great services provided by the EA. Helping others make informed choices is very important.

One of the other benefits of the EA is helping to adjust to the new you. I had been a eunuch for a number of years and through the physical aspects of being a eunuch. The EA and many members were instrumental in helping me define my new place in the world. Many of us will be here to help you with any adjustments you may find along your path.

Several members of the EA are working tirelessly to publish information about voluntary eunuchs to help educate the medical community. One day the need will be understood and treated appropriately. My hope is that someday no one will need to use bands or cutters.

I hope you are pain free soon and I want to wish you the best.

Having experience this with animals way back in the day, I can tell you, it's not painless and 100% safe for animals, either - and their bodies' systems are a hell of a lot more hardy than humans. It's not unusual to lose some little critters to elastrator castration, although it's not all that common, either. You can and sometimes do get complications.

Glad you're still with us!

Anyone who's tried it knows it is nowhere near painless. The pain is great like OMFG. D:
