Still, slammr,
Your avatar is frightening...
...but let us NOT get into what makes some people DO things while others only FANTASIZE about things. Sometimes, it is a ruse, I think, to put off people...

Re: A Note on our Archived FICTION
I suppose it is possible that depending on the County (or Parish), State, or Country, it may be possible for someone to attempt to sue someone else for almost anything. The court may allow the suit, or may throw it out. If not thrown out, then there is the hassle of defending ones self, and all the inconvenience and costs involved with that.
The used car dealer who sold the car that was driven by a drunk that killed four people may not be a third party to a law suit. The liquor store or grocery store clerk who sold the liquor may not be a third party to a law suit. But a bartender who sold liquor that was consumed on the premise might be a third party to a law suit.
Just look at any prospectus for any kind of investing. With each and every one they have disclaimers up the ying yang. And before you do on-line banking or on-line investing or on-line payment of your credit card, or anything that involves money, or even a software download, you have to agree to a contract that is sometimes almost longer than the Constitution of The United States.
You don't need to agree to any contract to read a book or watch a movie.
But having disclaimers that clearly identify what kind of content the book or movie contains is a wise move.
And clear notices and disclaimers should be attached to any EA story that contains written sexual content, sexual violence, physical violence, and certainly sexual violence and mayhem. It just makes sense to forewarn anyone, whether they are aware of the kind of stories that EA contains, or they are a new visitor. Each story stands on its own and should property identify its contents.
Just my opinion, not legal advice.
