I want to shrink my penis/scrotum!

Hi everyone...I finally joined after having lurked around here for a while, I think this is the only place on the internet that I can post this.

I basically have always wanted to have a smaller penis (I'm about 6.5" erect and 3.5" flaccid now) and scrotum since I can remember. I'ts mostly for cosmetic reasons but also a state of mind for I also want to be impotent. I am a very submissive bottom and fight to keep from getting erections but since I am 24 years old it's not an easy thing to do. I was also not blessed with a small penis, I'm pretty average but it's not nearly as small as I want it to be.

After having read some posts here I've come to the conclusion that cutting off testosterone is really the only way to shrink the penis and render it mostly impotent since it would get little use over time and nocturnal erections or spontaneous ones would cease which is how I understood the process behind shrinkage to work. As I do not want any feminization I think the combination of Androcur with with Tamoxifen would be the way to go. I do not want to permanently reduce my libido to zero but I would be willing to experience that effect for some time to get the desired results.

Basically my question is...does that sound like the right approach? I was thinking I could do the treatment for a good 6 months to a year, then stop and hope the results would last a long time or be mostly permanent in the way of genital shrinkage and impotence--I realize testosterone levels would once again increase after stopping, and libido would return, but that at least the physical results would be long lasting. This is something I really want and not just superficial, I am willing to take the risks if need be. Another question would be if perhaps going on dutasteride would offer similar results vis a vis impotence--leading to shrinkage by blocking the DHT....or is simply the best way to achieve shrinkage and impotence by cutting off ALL testosterone?

Stopping the flow of testosterone in the body is not a sure method of reducing penile size. Also , as many here can attest, scrotal shrinkage is somehting that tends not to happen. Even without testicles, the scrotum is very slow to shrink signifigantly.

The only sure way to reduce penile size is surgically, and that is something thats terrificly hard to come by. While it is true that over time, without testosterone, you would see some penile shrinkage due to atrophy, that is not something that is going to happen in 6 months. More like 6 years.

I have a friend who has been on erection killing anti-depressants for over 10 years, and even though he has not had any type of erection in all that time, if he uses the injectable solutions for impotence now, it is still the same size or nearly so , as it was 10 years ago.

Testosterone free eunuchs , do tend to have shrinkage of the penis, but not without some feminizing, and all the other charming side effects like hot flashes, and bone loss.

You should also be advised , that antiandrogens affect different people differently , so it is totally possible that after 6 months , you could find that you have lost the ability to produce testosterone. It is rare , but possible. Be truly sure that you would be content with that situation before starting any type of drug regimin.

Great that you are doing the smart thing in trying out the effects first.

Libido that is near zero goes along with all of the effects/side effects. You can not pick and choose what you want and do not want. To reach your goals the hormone levels do need to be very low. Some feminization will happen. That is a given. Tamoxifen any reduce some of the change. I know that you want the smaller penis and balls. Do you want all the other physical and mental effects of castration. Many are not easy to handle.

I understand that I can't pick and choose the side effects, which is why I am willing to take the risk and everything that comes with it--while perhaps at least mitigating the feminization as much as possible. I can accept low libido, hot flashes, tiredness, loss of muscle etc...as long as I am chemically castrated, because my desire for a smaller and impotent penis is so strong.

I understand the risks and I think it's worth it--from everything I've read here some people have experienced substantial shrinkage and impotence through castration, some have said their penis even shrunk to pre-puberty levels. If it doesn't work for me I suppose I am out of luck and I can accept that but at least I went for what I wanted.

You should know that a primary effect (not a side effect) of dramatically reducing testosterone is best described as a loss of interest in sexual matters - simply saying "reduced libido" does not really cover the matter. As a result of this most people experience a loss of the motivation to continue the changes they wanted to occur. in your case you may no longer be interested in having a smaller penis and scrotum. --FLO--

I am well aware. But like I said, I think it's worth a try in the end...if there's a good chance that I will get that result I'm willing to do it. If it doesn't work out because I feel discouraged or my penis isn't actually shrinking or the side effects too strong, I will stop. But shouldn't I at least give it a try?

I have to agree with Raymar that you need to accept all of the consequences of taking anti-androgens, including loss of energy and possible weight gain. Those 2 can however be off set a bit if you can truly watch your diet and exercise.

Where I disagree, and this is because it varies for everyone, I had substantial loss of size after 18 months, don’t know if it would come back because I didn’t stop taking the drugs and I got even smaller.

I do agree though that you will not see much change in 6 months or a year. It takes time.

Just remember some effects of taking anti-androgen's will happen sooner than others. Effects: fertility, hot/cold flashes, impotence, shrinkage of penis and testicle. There is so much variation between people the effects of the anti-androgen drugs can become permanent in as little as 6 months. If you decide to take the drugs you need to plan on that you will may not be fertile after so plan accordingly. Also there can be some feminization which can very easily also be permanent.

Any thoughts on taking dutasteride as an alternative?

I really want to do this--become, if not permanently, then at least long term impotent and with a very small shriveled up penis. I don't care about fertility as I am gay, and like I said I can live with the side effects for a long period of time to achieve or at least attempt to achieve the results...I don't think these thoughts will go away and I feel like I have to try to do something or else I will always obsess and wonder if I should have done it--I think it's a price worth paying for.
