I realized, we couldn't do such a thread about the Jews.

Having just read in another area a member declaring himself, M.O.T.

I figured we probably could get away with,

What's With The Gentiles.

For my part I find them

1) Relatively uncharitable in daily life.

2)

Limited ability to exchange differences of ideas without feuding.

3) Intelligence is usually less creative in regards to synthesizing original concepts from their knowledge.

Okay, I'll stop here. And invite my fellow, M.O.T.s to fess up how we feel about, Gentiles.

An addition to the list,

Gentiles are less likely to feel a sense of guilt over their deeds.

I mean anyone familiar with the M.O.T. press knows anytime their is a major, M.O.T. criminal such as Bernie Madoff, who was so low as to thieve from charity, there is a "tribal" guilt and hand wringing over how could one of ours do that.

Something the German tribe did not understand and thus a few decades of poor relations between Israel and the German gentile, nation.

Seeing all members of a group as alike has long been known as a characteristic of prejudice. Gordon Allport discussed this in "The Nature of Prejudice" (1954) and J.-P. Sartre in "Anti-Semite and Jew" (1948).

If all members of a group are alike, then anything done by an individual accrues to the blame or credit of the group. For example, thirty years ago, a Jewish serial killer was caught in New York, a story which made headlines; my boss made it clear he thought I had a lot to answer for! Every member of a minority group is familiar with this. We feel proud when "one of us" does good, and cringe when "one of us" does bad. Minority members often see themselves in the same way the bigots do, whether in defensive anticipation or because they've learned to accept the bigot's view is unclear.

Those who see themselves as "normal" or "regular people" enjoy the luxury of being individuals. They praise or blame others without imagining that those others reflect on them.

Of course, some sort of group consciousness is necessary: families, communities, countries, schools, clubs, parties, etc., all facilitate desirable social behavior. People cooperate with one another and obey moral and legal rules because of their sense of participation in groups. Prejudice may be understood as a logical error in which people define out-groups with negative characteristics, just as they define the groups to which they belong as having positive characteristics. This is what makes it so hard to eliminate prejudice: prejudice springs from the same social mechanism as healthier associations.

I'm a little confused, but what's new there. I have no affiliation, historical links, nor identification with the Gentiles, but by default I am grouped with the Gentiles. Given the passage of time, is this grouping even relevant. I have closer links to the Romans, Vikings, Picts and even the Moors. Being lumped with others, not belonging to a certain belief system, is a rather crude division.

What's with the Gentiles: Most don't know that they are indeed Gentiles, so no committees, no organised lobby groups, no membership cards. Current Gentiles must be lost in the past.

Those non Gentiles; they see Gentiles everywhere, and pray several times a day to ward the Gentiles off.

Toni, there do exist in the human genome genes which are nearly 100% Genes Of The Chosen People. M.O.T.

WE of The Tribe, The Chosen People have been a pretty isolated genetic community until the 20th century.

So one safe distinction is, those without these genetic markers are Gentiles, aka "others".

Some of these genetic markers have been associated with intelligence and brain rot diseases.

There is even a marker on the Y Chromosome as to ID some M.O.T. as descended from the ancient Priests.

Toni, just as you find you need some minimal forbearance to get along with us Yanks, can you imagine what it takes of "us" to put up with Gentiles?

Now there is a disproportionate number of "Us" on the Board but, few will come forward and really share how they manage their gentiles from the moral high ground, sort of speak. Those shy ones know they are more comfortable in free association conversation with "one of us" then with a "others"

Hope you've stopped being sick, and please don't start on my account. There are some who annoy me, including them, us, others. In general I seem to get on quite well with most. I can't think of any whole group that annoys me.

Where do I sign up

Just had this great idea to start a thread titled "What's still up with the Gentiles"

Had a straw poll in the bar last night. Most thought the Gentiles were followers of Jesus, a few thought that they were the private parts I no longer have access to, and one person thought it was the name of a rock band in the 60s So no Gentiles here.
