I think this is just some beef that looks like a gangrenous penis that has been chopped off. Still strangely compelling.

Re: Pic of severed penis
[Cracks fingers and fires up fake CSI supercomputer.]
As we know, a good length for a knife handle is about six inches long. This is especially important for anything larger than a paring knife. Let us make an educated guess that the knife handle in that photo is six inches long.
Using state of the art guesstimation processes, and running the picture through CODIS reveals the following result:
- The penis in this photo is at least nine inches long, flaccid. (Assuming a penis doesn't stay erect after separation from the body.)
- Also, the blood appears quite watery, and thin. Almost as if it had been cooked or roasted, like one would a loin of beef.
~Taking all this into account, there can only be one assumption. There are cannibal penis thieves targeting exceptionally well hung individuals. They are posting pictures of their conquests to the internet to taunt both the police, local foodies, and to make the rest of us feel inadequate.
It's an open and shut case.
"Looks like he wasn't just well-hung, Now he's well-done."
[Puts on dark sunglasses and looks into the distance heroically.]
YEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Re: Pic of severed penis
If everything that looked like a penis must be a penis, then i can think of a lot of rock formations, plants etc that must be penises.
