You did not say if you wanted castration as well. Your best chance would be to go to a sex change clinic.

With just a penectomy wanted, you will have far more looking.

So, I just wanna have a penectomy, keeping the testicles.

Living in Germany its very hard to find a solution.

I'd have thought Germany was the one place you'd be more likely to find an............. unconventional solution, given how many cutters seem to be from Germany?

Or did things get tightened down after Armin Meiwes?

My understanding, though I could be wrong, is that things here are done more through preexisting personal relationships, whereas in the US a personal relationship is less necessary. In any case Germans tend to be a bit reserved unless they already know you; it's part of the culture.
