I have been in touch with a company in SE florida that locates doctors for elective surgery (mostly cosmetic I suspect) in that area. So far they have not helped me find one for an orchiectomy, but they might have a greater interest in looking harder if there was the potential for more business. e-mail me directly if you are serious about a follow up. Anyone interested in surgical castration might try www.matchadoctor.com and see the response. I don't think they realize the potential market.
