For some reason the first image that popped into my mind was that of a safe-cracker, moving a stethoscope strategically, with great precision, around the lower belly area, twisting the testicles this way and that'a way, stopping every so often to pull on the penis like a handle and giving off a brief look of disappointment to find that it still won't budge.
