Makes one wonder, if it's this close to passing. ONE thing is for sure, though, our revered former President better not cross the border into OK if they do!

I think the author of the bill, citing European experience, overlooks one VERY important item. European offenders are given plenty of counseling and education, and must voluntarilly agree. The question of "informed consent" and possible duress are going to tie up the USA courts for years. Mandatory first time castration simply won't fly. Period. And in this day and age of easy access to drugs through the internet or on the street, including estrogen and testosterone, what good would it do?

They don't mention what chemicals they plan to use. I don't think they have thought this out very well.

Depo Lupron only needs to be administered every 4 months, and is widely used as anti-androgen therapy for prostate cancer types who don't want the surgical variety of castration.
