BLOGS - New Entry or Comment ?

I started a blog and was wondering what is the best (or correct) way to continue with it. With my one blog entry I have added comments as things happen in order to maintain the continuity of developments.

But should I be starting a new blog entry for each development ?

If "new blog entries" is selected at the top of the screen then my "comments" don't flag my blog as having been updated so maybe I need to add a new blog entry each time.

This is my first blog so I'm not really sure.

You can do it either way, as you may choose. Some folks do a new entry every time, and let the comments be for readers. So respond in the comments to readers. Whatever you like. Same standards as apply to the forums apply to the blogs; and don't post any pics or IMG code stuff; those really are the only rules, other than be nice

Thanks for the clarifications. I think I will just add new comments myself unless there is a major development to report - then I will use a new entry with a similar title in order to keep the entries tied together in a way.
