I can see a pathetic whitening that might actually cover the grass and might, maybe, oh possibly, amount to one inch

and I'm halfway between Pittsburgh and the southern state border with West Virginia.

The boom was one of the asswads that live east of my hitting a tree head-on when it was snowing nicely. I was quite pleased to see it this morning. I just hope it was the kid in the red car, and he seriously injured himself. :)

N.B.C. News is all about the "the Blizzard".

I guess it struck south of the general E.A. Midwest membership but there is

Always Dave and Bob3 in the path.

Happy Blizzard to y'all or whatever your general greeting is.

I might see three inches of snow when i wake up.

But I'll be there is less. It's suppose to rain sometime in the next 24 hours...

about 10 minutes later and I looked at the radar -- no snow. It's stopped snowing. SO "less" is looking more like the great snowfall than "more"...

However, when I looked out before dinner, if was raining on snow and then froze again and from the local news and my Facebook friends (all local and mostly family) there were a ton of cancellations because the roads were slick and icy and no one wanted to travel.

It doesn't take must snow and ice to create driving hassles.

N.B.C. News claims big blizzard in Bob3 country.

I Wonder 💡

If Bob3 can get online.

How's YOUR blizzard?

Mine is way off in the high country, I can see it in the distance.

The Grapevine is snow covered but, has not closed.

Moi

I get cold thinking about it.

The convent got about 3" of light fluffy snow, very little moisture content.

Had all the walks and the drive blown clear in about an hour.

Yeah, the world was supposed to slide to a stop here today with freezing rain, which never happened. We got normal rain - which started when I was about 1/4 mile from the house with the dogs...
