It's pleasing to see that several others have said being castrated by a close friend is important to them. In the course of many chat sessions, I've discoverd that my own preferences are somewhat unique: I wanted to lose one at my own hand (and have succeeded), but want the 2nd one to be given up as a symbol of committment to a lifelong partner. It’s hard to answer that poll without qualifications. (I answered urologist.) Ideally, my decision to be castrated would come about as a mutual agreement with a wife (a woman who truly wanted a eunuch companion and not just indulging my kink). It would be unrealistic to expect that my wife, girlfriend, or lover would possess the medical expertise to do the operation herself. She could drop me off at a clinic and pick me up later, or maybe she would want to stay and hold my hand through the operation. That would be up to her.
