Na. Too much stuff left inside for me and I don't want sutures in scrotum or a left over scar there. Through the groin might be more complicated and expensive but that's my preference. Get rid of as much of the cord material as possible.

This is an edited part of original video from Mexican surgeon dr. De Silva. It was called Orquiectomia Simple Bilateral. Original video has been removed from youtube, while others are still there. http://www.youtube.com/user/drdesilva2

I wonder if it was a voluntary castration, or a castration for prostate cancer or a MtF transsexual? The testicle removed certainly looked healthy.

Where is this doctor in Mexico located at? I would have cut more of the cord out. Hot, looking to get neutered someday.

If you looked more carefully, video contain hints how to find this clinic and doctor.

Clinic itself: http://urologosvillahermosa.com.mx/medicos.html

And the doctor: http://urologosvillahermosa.com.mx/quienes.html

there is a full CV of dr. de Silva on that page.

his e-mail: adesilva1 at prodigy.net.mx

etc.
