Ceaseless Desire, No Release

Post by Sexless (imported) »

With the last change in my medication for depression, I find that my libido rages, that I can have erections, but that I cannot exjaculate. I have now gone several weeks without a (complete) ejaculation. A dream come true is pure torture. I feel intense desire, but nothing brings me off.

Since the surgery that mutilated my cock over ten years ago I have not had any ability to ejaculate and at times the tension is almost oo much to bear.

Maybe you're enjoying this in the short run, but as time goes by you may come to find it enough to make you crazy.

That is why I said that fantasy come true is pure torture--that is it is pure hell.

Perhaps you might consider informing a Urologist of your situation, and see if he can prescribe a chemical castration.

Ejaculatory incompentance (the medical term for not being able to cum) is a common side effect of anti-depressants. The ones that don't cause that cause impotence. The meds are a bitch! If you can keep your head straight with diet and an exercise program do it. If you can't function without the meds at all, then maybe you need to consider castration to eliminate the libido.

One question, do you not get orgasms or not ejaculate? Contrary to popular belief, although they usually occur at the same time in men, the two are not the same thing. It's the lack of orgasm that makes you frustrated, the lack of ejaculation is only a physcal discomfort.

I would say that choosing castration when you are suffering from depression is not a very good idea as your body is out of balance chemically anyway and castration would mess it up even more. My advise from someone who has been through what you are going through is to talk with your doctor about it and get a medication change in the past18 months i have been on several anti-depressants some of which stopped orgasm but not erection and some that kild the libido completely.

I hope you find an answer to your problem soon

I was only proposing a mild chemical casstration that could be discontinued when your medications change or stop being used. My apologies for not making this clear.

Not being on any medications other than for allergies, I can honestly say I wouldn't know about this one. Heavy doses of decongestants (ephedrine based, 99% of them are) are sometimes cause erectile dysfunction, but not often. I think the lack of hormone production is the culprit, in my case ...

Anyway, I was discussing this with someone here on ICQ the other night. It seems that I woke up with an erection. I marked the calendar, and decided not to waste it.

However, upon approaching climax, I found that after a strong buildup, not a whole lot happened. It was almost like an "anti-orgasm." There were a few weak discharges, the usual tightening and expectation, then it was like someone just pulled the plug out of the wall and the lights went out!

What the hell was THAT?!

❓ :tongueout
