I can’t believe how time has been flying. Almost 2 years since I posted about my injections. Since then I have been using the Tagamet and black cohosh to control my urges but those have just been a maintenance type deal, I guess. Today I did an ethanol with CaCL shot in the right one to see how it went. It was remarkably painless but swelled about three times its size so far. I’ll probably go ahead with the left in a week or so.

On a side note, I have been using a mix of lavender and tea tree oil for about a year now, to reduce body hair, and that combined with an IPL has been amazing. Stubble is barely starting at the 7 day point.

Years ago I started with the idea that I had extra testicles and penis i had to eliminate them totally, become smooth or have sommething like a vagina. It was then that I found this thread.... So with great fear I began to inject myself with 96 degree alcohol... at first I did the barbaric thing of putting 2 and even 3 cm3... it hurt a lot and it took a week for the inflammation to go down. From the fifth injection I read that it was better to put 1cm3 and to be posible in several places of the testicle. I also tried the stirring the needle. The current situation after 9 or 10 injections is that both testicles are hard. One looks like a stone, it has reduced in size and is very high, the other hangs down and is quite hard. My libido is reduced but not to zero, I don't have erections because a prostate cancer operation left me without hard-ons. Now I wait... I don't know wether to finish the work and continue until the testicles are pure stones and are very raised and/or stop and leave things like are now.

Go to your doctor and ask that they

be removed since they are dead.

He may want to do some tests to determine if in fact they are dead, then ask they be removed. They may want to put you on testosterone supplements -- that will be your choice. You are doing things the hard way - I wish you well.

Don't inject anything else. You need to see a urologist next. I did the CACL/everclear method. A urologist will send you right away for an ultrasound test. I remember being sent from there to a local hospital for a more involved ultrasound test and then an MRI of my groin area. Once I got through the second round of tests I was in surgery about 2 weeks later. I got lucky and my doctor decided to do a simple orchiectomy through my scrotum. If they think that it's cancer they might remove them through the inguinal canal which leaves you with some big scars around your pubic hair line. When your testicles reach the point that you described they aren't receiving any blood flow. Once they determine that there is no blood flow present, they will always want to take them out.
