Today I injected 1.0ml into each testicle, total to date: 7.6 ml of 95% proof Everclear -- with the estrogen gel applications, I stopped having morning erections. I suspected that the estrogen was also destroying the testosterone production. After my last blood test, my Estrogen level was 536 and my Testosterone was at 336. My Dr wants my E level less than 300 and then in time the T will come down as the estrogen takes over. Hopefully with a combination of the alcohol injections and the Estrogen, my testicles will shrink to grape size. Right now they are a small egg size. My goal is

to have my testicles removed

by January. There is a 12 month requirement to be a castrate levels so that a person experiences the lack thereof. Please do not try this -- I have gender dysplasia and I have a need to be castrated.

With CaCl2 in alcohol, it damages the cells. My testosterone is 169 ng/dL after more than 10 injections of alcohol alone and then followed by one injection of CaCl2 in alcohol injection into one of my larger test.

Thanks, -- I am wanting to get my testosterone down below 50 ng/dl for a period of 6 months. Estrogen will suppress the production of testosterone in most cases with a medium dose and eventually cause the testicles to atrophy, but it it will take time for that to happen. The epididymus and Leydig cells are the main direct targets of estrogens in the human testis. The main objective with the estrogen treatment is to keep the estrogen levels at or below 250 pg/ml and this should bring the testosterone down to less than 100 ng/ml "on average" I started with my testosterone at 836 ng/dL with a test done one 10/20 - I started estrogen gel applications 10/21.-- My test results on 12/21 showed Estrogen at 340 pg/ml and my testosterone was 119 ng/dl -- I took a break and started back on estrogen gel in May and now I am on estrogen pills of 1mg every 8 hours. I have done alcohol injections before this and the combination of the estrogen in my system should reduce the repair to the Leydig cells that the alcohol damages. It is true that if I were to stop with both - my testosterone would be restored somewhat. -- Being that I am 70 years old, that in itself will keep any repairs to a minimum. If I am at the castrate levels in 6 months or for the period of time that is required by my insurance to pay for an orchiectomy then I will have what I want. -- I should note that when you take estrogen, there is a peak level in your system and also a trough level, most tests are done when you are in the trough. I had a prior test done in April, but I had just taken a dose of estrogen and the effects on the testosterone wasn't correct. The April test is inaccurate.

About 2 years ago I injected 96% alcohol into my left testicle. At that time, however, I had very severe pain and then stopped.

2 weeks ago I injected 3ml of 96% alcohol into my left testicle and 4ml again today.

Please keep your fingers crossed that I pull it through this time so that one testicle comes off.

At the same time I take Androcur.

I used this method and it worked. I injected for over a year. Eventually they were too small and hard to absorb any of the alcohol and it just caused severe burning. After months of visits to an endocrinologist and urologist I was finally able to convince them that they needed to be removed. My urologist castrated me in 2014. I dont recommend this way of going about it. I was constantly worried about what would happen if they weren't removed after so much damage. Worried about infection or cancer from all the grain alcohol. I'm pleased with my results but I went through months of worry and pain.

I plan to continue a 2 times a month until I get may labs done in September. I am also taking 3mg of estrogen 1mg sublingual every 8 hours. I suspect that my T level is less than 100 ng/dl and my estrogen is around 250 pb-g/mL -- By September, my T level should be at castrate level or 20 ng/dl. -- the estrogen should help stop my testicles from repairing the damage by the alcohol. I am using 190 proof Everclear.

Something I can relate to myself. My testicles are also quite small and hard from alcohol injections. Though according to many reports from others who have done the same,

to kill them, their doctors didn’t see any apparent risk of letting the supposedly dead testicles stay. I wonder if they are entirely dead after all. Maybe non functional at best.

Anyways even though I still have mine attached I feel great, less angry a lot more calm, not driven by an extreme libido. In fact I’m finally in control of myself.

I do hope one day I can convince my doctor that they must be removed, but until then, it’s he’s decision and I follow it,

am using 190 proof Everclear. My goal is to have castrate levels of T from the injections and maintain a low dose of Estrogen. My Testicles are about 1/2 to 3/4 the normal size. When looking at a testicle anatomy, my caput epididymis is very distinguishable and feels larger in comparison to my shrunken testis itself. For those that choose this path be careful not to inject into the epididymis. I try to inject .3ml to each the left and right side of the testis. ---- again, this is not a game or a fetish, I have been doctor diagnosed gender dysphoria, where my testicles are unwanted; and I have chosen this route to get them removed or to a castrate level.

Since Nathan74 started his own thread about it, I'm bumping this one again and also adding the usual disclaimer, which hasn't been done in several pages of this 87 page monster!

The EA does not recommend injecting

anything into your body, unless you are

under a doctor's care. For example, if you are insulin dependent, don't stop that and do see your physician!

As for alcohol, if you want to inject it into your testicles, remember:

IF YOU WOULDN'T POUR IT INTO A COCKTAIL, DON'T INJECT IT!

Use only grain alcohol (ethanol), and not the kind that comes out of gas pumps!

Use what comes in a bottle from the liquor store or grocery liquor section.

Alcohol is derived from many sources for many purposes. Alcohol meant for human consumption is made from grains.

DO NOT use rubbing or Isopropyl alcohol except for its labeled purposes such as disinfecting! You could go blind, die, or worse!

And if you do decide to use grain ethanol for nefarious purposes, well, you didn't get it here...
