I actually did use 30% saline in one ball. I put in 1ml. It didn't hurt at all but was sore for about 3 days. That was about a month ago and that ball seems to have shrunk by about 50%. Don't know if it still produces testosterone because I still have the other healthy one. I would like to get a Lupron injection to see what no testosterone is like before I kill the good one. My goal is to reduce or eliminate libido and paraphilia.

You can make your own saline concentrate by dissolving non-iodized salt into distilled water. You have to heat it to get the salt to dissolve. In a small glass container, preferably tall & narrow, I heated 100ml of distilled water to a boil in the microwave. Then added the salt. I actually made my solution about 40% by adding 40 grams of salt. Heat until it's completely dissolved. Let it cool and draw the desired amount into your syringe. Stab your desired testicle and inject the saline, kinda pulling back the needle as you inject so as to distribute the solution within the testicle. I used 1ml of solution.

The amazing thing is, unlike the guys doing alcohol, there was essentially no pain on injection and only a little tender for about 3 days afterward. That was about 3 weeks ago and that testicle has really started to shrink and become hard and is now about half the original size. Last week I decided to give it another shot but when stabbing it, it was really hard to get in and it hurt alot, so I aborted the action. This time it hurt bad for about 3-4 days but is now back to normal feeling.

I don't know why guys are doing the alcohol thing that takes many painful applications. The hypertonic saline method seems like a one shot and you're done, with little to no pain. My worst pain was actually the initial penetration of the outer wall of the testicle. Once inside there is no feeling as to how deep the needle goes.

I also figured that salt would be the safest of all chemicals since it is a normal part of the body anyway. The theory is that in concentration it tends to severly dehydrate the tissue and cause necrosis, leaving just hard dried tissue that will eventually be absorbed back into the body. I did a lot of research on this beforehand. There are some very old studies out there that tried this method successfully as a chemical castration method. I figure big pharma killed this idea because that couldn't make any money off of it.

I decided to give one of my balls a shot to see how ethanol compares to CaCl. So far it seems much less painful, but it has only been 30min, so that might come later. My main concern at this point is ethanol leaking into the scrotum. If I wake up tomorrow and my scrotum isn't bright red, I'm going to be very happy.

Today there is no pain, just some tenderness and mild swelling. Overall, this is a much better experience than the CaCl injections!

Hello, which sort of salt you have taken. Do not know if i take normal kitchen salt for... or it is ok i do??

I used non-iodized food grade salt. Yes, kitchen salt. The rapid boiling surely was enough to sterilize it (and me too)
