I started with a small volume to test the pain level. Each person is different in pain tolerance and testicle sizes. My left testicle is smaller than right one, so I can only inject smaller volume than the right one.

Yes, they have shrunk considerably. They both feel harder to the touch.

Last injection was October 23rd. But only the right received. Couldn’t do the left.

I booked a general health check at my GP, they where advertising. It’s in two weeks, November 24th. So I think this is the perfect opportunity to get a status. Plan on complaining about pain in my testicles, and tiredness. I know I’m deceiving him, and I feel shitty about it. But I have to broach the subject sooner or later, and no, I don’t have a story ready. Right now, I’ve decided, I’ll just feign ignorance, and flow with the current.

Don’t know what else I should do? Well I could always just admit what I have done….well no, that won’t happen!!!!!!

@WantToBe. How did it go with your GP? I too share a similar shyness in coming clean with my GP. They already have ultrasound measurements of how small my testicles are, and blood test reports of how low my testosterone is. They just prescribed HRT for my anemia and fatigue, and that was all. No mention of removing them, even though I had complained testicular pain.

I have been looking through these threads for some time now and decided it was time to put in my story. My desire to be balless has been around since I was late teens. About 18 months ago I tried “stirring” them without results. I think it was April this year that I finally started with everclear. The feeling was immediately euphoric. Now I have done 12 shots in each. The left is about half sized and the right is finally shrinking.

I have asked several urologists to remove them over the years but my most recent visit to the GP one was about four times normal size and was quickly referred to ultrasound. My story for the doc was no known trauma, just a history of pain and swelling. After three comparative exams I have been released with no further care planned.

I tried another injection a few nights ago and couldn’t get a needle into either one so I am planning on waiting a while to see what happens.

Sorry for a long overdue reply.

I said I was having pain down below, and one day in the shower I could feel my testicles didn’t feel normal, but felt hard, and small.

I was told to drop my pants, and it was a Bit weird having another man fondle my private parts, however my doctor confirmed my testicles did feel smaller, because of my complain bout pain in them he was very gentle and didn’t squeeze them hard.

I had a bloodtest, and it showed low T (as I expected),

Testosterone was 7.9 nmol

Free T was 0.22nmol

I have been referred to an urologist, he’s a private practitioner, however he had a long waiting list, so I haven’t seen him yet. Won’t be until spring 2022.

I was not offered any external T, despite my complaints of tiredness, and vertically no libido. I was told I’m still within normal levels, despite it being very low.

We did have a conversation about this, and he told me, that although doctors abroad would have prescribed TRT with this low level, in my country they didn’t do this unless my levels would be critically low, which mine wasn’t.

Anyways, I didn’t want the TRT, but I felt I had to ask, simply not to raise any suspensions.

I was not questioned about what had happened to my balls. Maybe the urologist will ask more questions, I don’t know.

Somewhere inside me is the wish to be a eunuch. I bought alcohol with 96.5%. Only now I have left the courage to do it and inject the alcohol into my testicles.

Was it like that for you, too? How did you overcome that?

Do you think I'm ready to kill my testicles?
