Cutting it off can be quite dangerous. Several people have bled to death because of this, or have had infections if done wrong.

A main problem is that on occasion, blood flows into the penis to give an erection. This can cause severe bleeding. An option could be to remove all of the erectile tissue, including that beyond the base--the stuff under the scrotum.

Hmm, what if you do this:

(1) Inject local anesthetic into your penis.

(2) Go to a hospital, with a concealed knife, antiseptic solution and gauze pad on you. Enter the bathroom.

(3) Sterilize the knife and your penis with the antiseptic. Chop your penis off. Flush it down the toilet so that no one can retrieve it.

(4) Holding the gauze to your wound to staunch the bleeding, go out of the bathroom and get medical attention.

Then, the doctors will repair your butcher-knife operation adequately, then they'll send you to a shrink, and you'll be released when he finds that you're perfectly sane, except for having had the desire to lose your penis.

...That's the plan, anyway. I think that may be the best way to do things assuming you can't find an experienced cutter, or afford a trip to Thailand. (Does anyone else have thoughts on this crazy plan? It sounds like people have done stuff like this before, though.)

Like the doctors like to say the operation was a success but the patient died, well in this case the patient got to the hospital where they stopped the bleeding and saved his life.

A little story I want to share with you.

This happened I think two years ago here in Germany. A young man in his mid twenties gets charge in front of a court (Unterlassene Hilfeleistung) for letting his father bleed to death, after the father cut off his own penis.

Good luck with your dream to be the real woman you are. I know a lot of she-males in Toronto who love their cocks, along with their very masculine lovers and boyfriends.
