Recall from my 2nd injection, I pushed 30G needle all the way in. It must have reached epididymitis. 1.2 cc went in quickly on the right and .8 cc went to left epididymitis. Within minutes, I felt severe stomach sick feeling within 30 sec. It lasted for an hour. I had adrenaline rush and was sweaty. The 3rd injection from yesterday was no event and no discomfort at all although I used less amount. For my testis size, needle in 1/2 to 3/4 is safe. Just a remind for anyone who is going to do injections.
In a reported study, the intraepdidiymal injection of CaCl in alcohol had no impact on testosterone levels, but resulted in an absence of sperm in semen in dogs, the author was suggesting to use intraepidiymal injection as vasectomy in men.
I too think that alcohol injections are a preferred method. I still have a box of syringes and almost a full bottle of Ever-clear -- just in case the need arises!
I did my 4th injections today to both testicles. The volume were slightly more than 3rd injection since the 3rd injections was virtually no discomforts.
Update It is now 8 days since my 1st injection of .5cc of everclear into the center of each of my testicles. I have been measuring with a caliper and both testicles are still swollen about .20 of an inch in the center and with a normal length. Both feel firm, with no pain. As a coincidence, i have noticed more nighttime erections and my breasts are sensitive. I do have breast buds from taking high estrogen supplements (which could be normal without the injections)
It takes two day for my slight swell to subside. My slight swell from 4th injection of two days ago subsides today. The injection volume was 0.8 and 1.5 cc to the left and right. Next injection I will apply less volume which nearly did not cause swell. I have read that the testosterone producing cells, Leydig cells, will regenerate. So after initial weekly or biweekly injections of several times, more injection will be needed in two or three month to prevent Leydig cell regenerate from stem cells.

I have nightly erections. -- I decided not to take anti-antigens due to the side effects and it is not permanent. Today I have injected .8 cc into each testicle and I will wait a week and inject again. The first 30 minutes I had a dull ache and some pain in lower bladder area, otherwise much the same as before. - Be Safe!
I did my 5th injection today after two weeks from 4th injection. About 0.6 and 0.8 cc went in left and right testicles. My left was small than right before any injections, it is significantly smaller now than right one. The right one is also smaller than before I had any injections. Both epididymis are loose now.
This is day three after my 2nd injection of 190 proof everclear. I injected slightly less than 1cc into each of my testicles. This time was almost 2 times as much as the first. The pain was much less, however my balls are larger than the first injection. On day 3 now, I have noticed that the hair that I shave has grown back faster. My thought is that my testicles are so swollen that they are pushing out more testosterone, I also say this as I last night I woke up 3 times with a rock hard penis; while most often I only had only one. I ordered cheese making Calcium Chloride today. I also pick up a glass Vodka miniature at the gas station. The glass miniature is just the right size to mix the Calcium Chloride with the 190 proof everclear. I plan to inject a mixture of about 30% CC with the 190 proof everclear. I have 1/2 inch 29 gauge syringes. I will inject in two locations on each testicle - on either side of where I injected alcohol the first 2 times. I am going to inject only .3 or .5 cc in the four different locations. I plan to inject on Monday the 20th. I wanted to write this before hand as a inspiration and as a check list. I want to post this from the Calcium Chloride (cc) thread as the method that I will be doing on Monday the 20Th or as soon as my recent 2nd alcohol injection swelling goes down. -- instead of a series of additional alcohol injections I will do just one injection of CC -- at a lower amount than most-- in the following post the amount injected was .5 cc in each testicle -- I am looking at doing 2 in each of .3 cc one on the left and one on the right side of each testicle (I have big balls) -- and then I will wait for 12 months for results -- here is the post #900 from the CC thread

My own experience with a rather small, and single, dose of 0.5cc in each testicle says to me that smaller injections can ultimately end up quite successful.
I believe I may have taken longer than most to achieve significant reduction in the volume of my balls, but I also seem to have avoided a lot of the difficulties others have had with injecting larger volume.
In the original livestock studies, on which this method of castration has its roots, I firmly believe the objective was to achieve sterility in as short a period as possible.
The goal was not castration.
Testicular atrophy seems to have been a likely unintended side-effect of the injections.
It's been just about a year since I injected my balls. It took quite a few months before I observed significant reduction in the volume of my testicles.
In that time, the right testicle has become what I'll term a lifeless mass in my scrotum. The left seems to have a little life left in it in a small area.
The ultrasound identified adequate blood flow to both, negating the need to remove them immediately.
That said, the urologist has follow-ups scheduled every four months to observe any change in condition. He cautioned that I should prepare myself for their ultimate removal.
If that happens, that happens. Either way, I'm gold. I plotted this journey because I wanted small balls.
In the meantime, I've been toying with the idea of doing a smallish re-injection of the left testicle, targeting the area where I still have sensation.
It might be kinda cool to have 'em both killed off.
