As I said previously, I had no trouble severely damaging my testicles with CaCl2, but I have some experience with anatomy and sterile injection. My T is much lower, but I'm finishing the job with alcohol. I have a question for those who have been experienced. Does the capsule shrink as the balls become rocks. I was able to inject several cc into each one and it was easy once I found the right place. The needle gets blocked if I try injecting into the mass of dead tissue. Is there any harm in injecting as much alcohol as they'll hold?

I recommend you investigate sodium chloride injections. Far more effective than alcohol... Have a martini before your sodium injection is the right course of action....

My understanding from reading the literature is that CaCl2 works better than ethanol and that sodium chloride is less effective. What concentration are you using?

Well, today my balls have swelled more than 5x, so the injections must have done something. Both my internist and endocrinologist know what I've done and why, but can't proscribe any hormones other than T because I'm officially still male. I discussed transitioning to female and my internist advised me to go see a therapist who deals with gender reassignments routinely. I think if I follow that route anything is possible. In the mean time I want to reduce my T to zero. Both doctors are mostly concerned about bone health, so if I start showing signs of bone loss and I refuse T, then perhaps they'll authorize E and P. I'm glad both doctors are women, as I feel listened to.

My journey towards permanency has officially begun.

Yesterday I received the insulin needles, 30g. Today I Prepared two syringes, each with 1ml/cc. I intend to start slow, simply because I don’t know what to expect when and after injecting, I’m really not into any pain.

I prepared and sterilized with alcohol swaps, and then took a couple of breaths, trapped the right ball, and after a few adjustments, I slowly let the needle sink into the right ball.

It was painless besides a slight sting when I went through the sack. Pulled the plunger back, and then slowly, very slowly pushed the plunger till the syringe was empty. Changed side, repeated and injected the left ball, I think I could feel a bit more on the left when I pushed the spirit in, compared to when I injected the right one. Can anyone relate to this?

Almost forgot, I have a very strange feeling in my balls currently, they don’t hurt as I expected, more of a dull arching.

Your experience is similar as mine. I also experienced dull arching in groin area. It's been a week since my 1st injection. I am thinking of 2nd injection tomorrow, which will be exactly one week. Most people in this forum did every two weeks and suggest that one week is too early.

You're going slowly, so adjust the dose and frequency of injections to find what works best for you. If you're like most of us, you'll feel better with each drop in T and you don't need to be in a rush.

I just did 2nd injection of 1 cc to each teste. This time the discomfort is so strong that I sweated a lot. Took me an hour to claim down. It looks that my limit is 1 cc each. Next time, I will reduce to .8 cc. Several years ago, an endocrinologist told me my testes were small. There is no chance my testes can become bigger from then to now.

Would there be any harm to leave the testes in their sack after one had shrunk them to death by injections?

Could thay live there with out any long-term harm?

According to the many testimonials from this thread, even though the testicles are atrophied from injections, they are not considered a health alt risk, at least this is what several who took this approach, reported.

I think the important factor for those who do this, is not being singled out by their urologist for self harm.
