I am a 70 year old male. My current testosterones level is 836 ng/dL. I want to reduce this because a high level in an older man can cause heart and cardiovascular problems. I have been taking herbal supplements that are high in estrogen and this has stopped my nightly erections. I would prefer to have a permanent solution. i am looking at starting .5 ml everclear injections spaced out for 14 days. i plan on injecting 10 to 16 times and then start a low dose of estrogen. -- any thoughts from readers on this?

Update: I have started Medically approve low dose estrogen injections. I have been shown how to do this to myself every 2 weeks. This will equate to about 2ml a day of estrogen. This should bring down my testosterones to around 300 to 400 ng/d; I will be able to increase this to 4 ml after 90 days. Normally, I would not be able to get a bilateral orchiectomy until after 12 months of HRT. I have asked have this done after 6 months of HRT. So far, my health insurance should pay for all of the expense. I have been diagnosed as NonBinary Gender Dysphoria -- Note that this is not a full feminization MTF but as a Male to Nonbinary. In essence, I will have some male and some female traits and some non-gender or Eunuch. This gives me a lot of relief just knowing that

my testicles will be removed

for good. At this point I am not sure if insurance will pay for a scrotectomy.

Update: I am taking lose dose estrogen injections every 2 weeks. I have to wait one year before a get an orchiectomy. I decided to start injecting everclear at .5 ml spaced out for 14 days. My urologist wanted to put me on spironolactone, which has side effects that have to be monitored. I think that the everclear injections will do the job better.

Permanent is better. I started with CaCl2 and got my T down to 100 - 150 and as low as 50 ng/dl. I had to go that low to lose all libido and allow feminine features to emerge. I also have no desire for full MtF. What I have is fantastic!

I will mark today as my 1st day of injection.

I just injected 0.6cc 100% non-denatured alcohol to my right teste. I will go slow start will small amount to see how much is the pain I can tolerate. I will increase to at most 1cc if I can bear the discomfort.

My goal is to reduce the sizes of both testes as small as I can get. At 57, I have had complete ED for nearly 5 years with no morning erections. I still like sex. However I can give it up now. Even viagra 200mg can not help me to have sex with my wife. About 7 years ago, I was low T, my endocrinologist prescribed Androgel for me. I had bad skin reaction to it. So I had to give that up. I think my T is low now. Alcohol will hopefully diminish my T. I am getting bold now. I hope to stop that with dead testes and low T. Another benefit will be that I may be able to avoid prostate problems that my father had by giving up my testes and T. He suffered from that for ten years before passed away.

One hour after 0.6cc injection into right teste, I would say it is discomfort, not pain. The discomfort is bearable easily, so I injected 1 to my left teste, Although left has been always smaller than right one. Six hour after first injection now, discomfort in scrotal is still is here, is still bearable.

Yea your nuts will ache for a day or so after.

Be patient and slowly increase what you inject until you are confident with what you are doing.

Expect a bit of swelling in the scrotal area also, and l used to leave it a week or so between shots.

TRT wise I started injecting 100mg of testosterone cypionate per week to offset the damage I was doing down there.

I will wait for two weeks before next round of injection. I will do 1 cc injection to each teste next time. I did mown my lawn yesterday evening. I do not have swelling in my scrotal, however, the groin area discomfort is still mild overnight.

I do not plan to have TRT. Previously androgel or testosterone cypionate caused skin rash for me. I have low T for nearly ten years. I do not have morning erection for nearly five years. I may have been conditioned to low T. I will see in two week if I will have server side effect of with T as low as surgical castration. I may use a little testosterone cypionate.

and have been weighing my options between using calcium chloride or straight alcohol. I have all the ingredients to do both methods but decided I would start out with just alcohol. I am proud to say that as of today I have started my journey towards becoming a eunuch. I just injected both testicles with 1 ml of 190 proof everclear. I have read that it is really very easy to put a needle in your testicles but I was surprised at how easy they went in. I have too been through the whole thread in which the CACI method was discussed, I even acquired the high proof alcohol and a 33% food grade solution to mix with the alcohol, but as I read further in about the experiences of the ones who did this, I decided not to take this route, as it imposes too high a risk combined with lots of pain and questionable gain, in my opinion.

However, the high proof alcohol and syringes I have, though I decided to get smaller size needles which have been ordered and I’m now impatiently waiting for the mailman to deliver, I ordered size 30g. I assume these will cause the least discomfort when having to inject? I trust that the testimonials from others who have been doing this holds true, that in essence it’s painless, at least to get the needle in…the discomfort after the injection seems to be short lasting, well I guess I’ll wait and see for myself.

I hope sometime next week I’m wiser…..
