I agree. It took only one injection in my right nut, and a second in my left nut. The second injection caused leakage because the nut was hard, so be real cautious in the use of calcium chloride if a nut is hard.

CaCl worked great for myself not a bunch of injections but if you go for it know once could be all it takes!

Where are Leydig cells ... in the center of the balls or under the surface ? I saw on Google images they are under the surface, not in the center (but I'm not really sure).

So maybe the best way to kill our balls, and testosterone production, is to inject alcohol (with calcium chloride or something else), just under the surface of the balls.

You need to inject into the middle distributing as much and evenly as possible and pull out slowly to avoid leakage.

I still don't know what to use, just vodka 90° with or without calcium chloride. I really want to stop Cyproterone (high prolactin) ... and be free for the rest of my life <3

I've had one injection of 2 cc's into my right nut. It swelled up for a while and was tender. As the swelling abated I now have a harder part on the lower part of my nut. My friend is planning to give me a second injection into my right nut in the middle of this month! I'm on my way!!

Has anyone used 23g 1-1/2" needles, are they to large? Will to much of the alcohol leak out?

I'm in my early 60's and have been injecting my balls with Everclear. I've done 4 injections to each ball, with 2 milliliters in each injection. The pain is really bad for the next 18 hours, and forces me to lay in bed. Ibuprofen doesn't help with the pain, and neither does naproxen. Each time, the balls have swollen. After the first injection, there wasn't much swelling, and what little swelling went away in a few days. After the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th injections, the swelling has taken more time to go away. Right before I did the 4th set of injections, my left ball had shrunken to nearly half its original size, and the right one had shrunken, but not nearly so much. Within a few hours after the 4th injections, each ball had swollen to slightly more than its original size. When the swelling finally went away, after about 7 days, the left ball was back to 1/2 its original size, or even a little smaller. The right one also shrunk back down, and seems a little smaller than before, but is still bigger than the left one. I can do approximate measurements with a pair of calipers and also by how they can now nestle up into my body, at what I assume to be the entrance to each inguinal canal.

My balls are also painful all the time now. Obviously, they're very painful at the time of each injection and for the 18-24 hours afterwards, and then the pain dissipates, but never goes away completely. Even two weeks or more after a set of injections, there is a dull ache from each ball.

My questions center on how difficult the last set of injections was, and what I can do. On this 4th set of injections, each ball seemed hard, and it was more difficult and painful to insert the needles. (I sterilize the scrotal skin by swabbing with rubbing alcohol first, and I use a separate new syringe for each ball.) Are the hardness and difficulty with needle insertion indications that the balls are dying? Should I give them a rest for a few weeks, and see if they shrink some more? Should I be making an appointment yet with a urologist, and then tell him or her about the recurring pain and the odd shrinkage?

I'd welcome anyone's suggestions or comments.

My experience using Everclear is much similar as yours, however I switched to calcium chloride prior to presenting to my urologist. When I did present to my urologist I told him a testicular self-exam indicated my nuts were hard, smaller than usual, riding high in my scrotum, and a dull pain. He said that what I described sounded like distress or death of my nuts. An ultrasound and testosterone blood test confirmed apparent death of the right and distress of the left nut.

I also was experiencing hot flashes and night sweats from low testosterone.

Without knowing how long your injection process has been, it sounds to me that you may be at the point of presenting to a urologist. It may be that you have enough damage to have them surgically removed.

Have you experienced any hot flashes or night sweats?

Thanks for your reply, Nutless1. To answer your questions, I started my Everclear injections in January 2018 and spaced them about 3 weeks apart, with a total of 4 sets so far. Yes, I've just started to get hot flashes and night sweats. I'm real curious what my testosterone level is now.

About 3 years ago, it was tested because I couldn't get an erection. It turned out to be 455 ng/dL, which was appropriate for my age. My doctor's guess was that the erection problems were caused by the 1 mg. Propecia I'd taken daily for about 9 years, at that time. I'm still taking the Propecia, and I still can't get an erection without Viagra, but the hair on my head looks pretty good.

I forgot to mention that I was concerned about

a blood test for my testosterone level

reporting that the level was okay. I've read here and elsewhere that testosterone has a comparatively long half-life in the body. I think some members here have suggested that it takes as much as 2-3 weeks after an orchiectomy for testosterone to get down to a castrate level. I was guessing that, because I've begun to experience hot flashes and night sweats, my testosterone level has dropped, but I don't know how far. That seems reasonable to me, but do any of you know if that's correct? Or will we only find out if I have the blood work done?
