) I am having daily hot flushes now and I fairly sure that I have done the job. I wanted to get to 12-15 injections in total. I am going to get to at least 12 and then wait for some time before I go and see the doctor.
For me, the high content alcohol seems to have done the job. It has not been easy to keep doing it as sometimes it has been very painful. Other times it has been very really easy.
I remain well and apart from the annoying flushes and some tiredness I am really happy with everything. I thought my blog would be useful as a continuos thread of my journey.

Yes, I did injections.
Yes, they were successful. (but not without a lot of anxiety, fear, some pain, some mistakes, and great risk taking)
Yes, other people claim to have had success too. (Did they? How do you really know? It could be a ruse)
But there are instances of dreadful failures. (Though it seems like not too many)
Beyond what jcat has related, which are recounting recent activities, I found that for the next year following the injections my testes continued to shrink.
The process was rather slow for me. Like watching a tall building be built.
A lot is happening for a long time as the preparations for the building are underway but the visual results are minimal.
Then one day after not paying much attention, after many months, you realize, hey, there is a new building there.
Or, hey, my balls are really very tiny, hard, numb, dead and so nearly invisible that I almost look as if I were a Eunuch (capital "E", surgically castracted)
But in reality I am still a eunuch (small "e", I still got balls, they just don't produce testosterone, presumably because of the injections).
The last thing anybody wants is a trip to the hospital, or doctor. (A trip I fortunately did not have to take)
Kind of hard to explain all those needle marks in your scrotum when you complain about achey breakey balls.
Alcohol injections into testicles may be practiced in some countries to neuter dogs and other animals.
In fact scientific papers report that it produces less trauma to the animals than surgical castration and is just as effective, and less costly.
BUT it is not yet (and may never be) thought of as something that is appropriate for human beings.
Testicle alcohol injections into humans embarks into the realm of the not scientifically documented and an unapproved behavior.
Thus, for me, why it is that my balls no longer produce testosterone will be a secret that remains unknown to anyone I know personally.
I know what I needed, I got what I needed, and what I don't need and don't want is people going freaky at me because of what I did. It's my life, not theirs.
My goal was no more, no less real, just as serious and meaningful to me as sexual reassignment is to someone else. (although fortunately becoming a eunuch was easier to obtain).
If I ever get to attend a MoM, who I am, what I did, would not be a secret there, but on-line, my true identity shall forever remain unknown.

Hi! I'm newbie here. I'm transgendered and on estrogen. I cannot take some medications like anti-androgens because of other conditions, so those balls have to go if I'm going to feminise my body. Did my first injection of 1ml of 40% Absolut vodka, one in each ball today. I was incredibly nervous but it was really much easier than I thought.
After reading these forums, I had the entire sterile gear including sterile hand wipes, swabs + single use sterile syringes/needles + non-latex sterile gloves. I shaved my testicles, then laid out my gear and banded up my testicles with an (woman's) elasticated hair accessory - a scrunchie. I scrubbed up, got the gloves on, got the stuff organised for injecting, filled the syringe, added the needle and wavered for a minute. However, it was not a problem, once you get through the outer skin on the scrotum, the needle slides straight in as it's incredibly sharp. No actual pain when the needle is inside the testicle unless one moves the needle around. I had to guess the depth.
I found the drawback to check for blood quite difficult as there seems to be some considerable suction to overcome once the needle is in. However, no blood that was obvious, so they each got the 1ml very easily. I chose 1ml so that it was minimally invasive and not to be too ambitious. I used one 5ml syringe with each testicle. I had a bit of bleeding at the injection site but nothing really important.
So far, about 2h later, here are my results: some mild pain at the injection site -like they were scratched, a vague feeling like someone bashed my balls, possibly a headache and feeling slightly strange (almost vacant). My balls aren't swollen up (yet) and don't feel particularly painful. The headache worries me more but it might just be stress, knowing what I've done. It all seems just too easy. I'll wait a week before giving it another shot. Having done it once, I'm confident it'll get easier to do as I improve my injecting technique. I've really appreciated reading this thread.
Update at 24h approx: Balls still feel scratched, somewhat sore but no serious pain at all. Headache gone. I can handle them easily to check the shape without any problems. They might be slightly smaller but this could be my imagination as they were getting smaller from the 18 months of continuous estrogen use. My boobs seem more sensitive but no serious problem getting a somewhat floppy erection (usually a bit floppy from the estrogen I'm taking). I'm expecting the entire process to take at least 3 months and to involve maybe 10-15 sets of injections. It's all quite exciting.
Update at 7 days on my testicle injections - someone might find this useful.
2nd set of injections of vodka, 1ml in each ball. This time I had some difficulty getting the needle in but not as nervous as before. It hurt more than previously. However, I find the balls take 1ml very easily. I got a dull ache up the the right side of the my body, like I've been kicked in the balls. This was very obvious straight away, even with just the needle in. I wondered if I'd hit a nerve but I find it unlikely - it would have hurt a hell of a lot more. The left hand side has no pain at all. I had localised bleeding at the injection site but this stopped within a few minutes. Strangely enough I get a massive hard on when doing this. I can hardly get it up these days but no problem at all after injecting. I'm certainly not a fetishist so I find this odd. I'm only doing this because I need to. One thing I noticed which I found odd is that scrotum seems almost transparent and I can see the ball moving around underneath very clearly. I think this is just normal and nothing to do with the alcohol injections. My boobs seem to be more sensitive so I think there could be a drop in T which is what I'm looking for. I am also sure I've had some hot flushes - just a couple. As I am on HRT (estrogen), this should mitigate that. However, at the present time, the balls seem just the same size.
3rd set of ball injections. Vodka bottle went down a bit more. I tried to get 1.5ml into each one. It was quite difficult to get the needle in as my hands were shaking like crazy. Nuts look like pincushion with three holes in each where I scratched the surface in false starts. 1.5ml into each nut went in nicely and very easily. Dull ache on the right hand side of abdomen as per a kick in the nuts but waxing and waning. Nothing on the left hand side at all. Boobs ultra sensitive and seem to be growing nicely but unknown if this is related to lower T. Balls don't seem to have changed at all although they might be more pulled up towards my body. So, that's the 3rd set. I plan to do about 12 injections in each ball. Only another 9 to do!
Well its been a year since my last injection, I used half a pint of Everclear 180 proof in the process. Both testicle (dried up raisins) have shrunk hardened and recessed into the abdominal area. My sac has decreased in size and is now smooth. I no longer can achieve an erection and my penis has reduced from 7.5 inches to 1.5 stub covered by foreskin. I have been to the doctors and ultrasounds have been done and even thou they can't explain the condition of my testicles they refuse to remove the died tissue. My T count is below 100 and my body hair doesn't grow bad any longer, which is a plus. I have reached a level of peace that is unbelievable, I must say I am happy with the results!!!
4th set of ball injections. My accuracy in getting the needle in must be terrible. Severe pain on the RHS, some on left. Like I've been kicked in the balls. Must have hit the cord. Strange as I was very very careful to feel where the cords were. It was hard to get the needle in - much harder than before - presumably because the ball is smaller. It's strange, the balls is smaller I think but with all the cords etc, it still takes up a lot of room. It's about 20 minutes since I did the injections and the pain is subsiding. Couple of hours, probably be gone. It's been helped by glasses of wine. Next time, I'll do it on Saturdays to give myself to recover by Monday. The pain we have to go through to be ourselves. Appalling.
And I have come to see clearly statements inyeciones users who say the alcohol have reduced my testosterone below 50 ng / dl. The only ones I've come to find with low testosterone niverles finally orchiectomy were performed.
Today during my annual physical I was able to talk my doctor into testing my T. I will get back the results in a few days. This will show if these last 3 1/2 years of injecting have worked, and if so, lead to further examination of my dead testicles......wish me luck!!!!!!
